Barbados is the most popular of the Caribbean Islands, and enjoys a year round climate, with daytime temperatures of 27°C to 31°C. Night temperatures hardly vary, with the lowest winter temperatures of 23°C to 25°C. Daytime pursuits can be a leisurely stroll along the fabulous white sand beaches or, for the more energetic, tennis, golf, horse riding and all water sports (scuba diving in the Caribbean is like a huge tropical fish tank), water skiing, para-sailing, deep sea fishing for barracuda, kingfish or the famous Barbadian Flying Fish. Holiday Apartments - information Set in a unique position situated in the prestigious Parish of St James on the South West Coast of Barbados which boasts fabulous beaches washed by the Caribbean Sea and frequented by the rich and famous, yet only five minutes walk from our apartments. There are no private beaches on Barbados. Our apartments are situated on the fourth (top) floor of an apartment complex which is set in five acres of tropical gardens with a 25 meter swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a poolside bar/restaurant and a 24 hour manned reception with a telephone in the apartment. There is an on site coin operated Laundromat. The accommodation is spacious, comfortably furnished and comprises a lounge with dining area and separate fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, grill, microwave, toaster, slow cooker and full sized fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board. Apartment 1 This apartment has a large bedroom fitted with wardrobes and drawer space. Comfortable divan beds, an en suite bathroom with a corner bath and shower attachment, wash basin and toilet. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms, Cable TV, CD Player, VCR and radio. Patio doors from the lounge to the private sun terrace which has sea views and two comfortable day beds. This is a great place to relax and enjoy those fabulous Caribbean sunsets. Apartment 2 This apartment is comfortably furnished and the same size approx 700 sq.ft. Alarge bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawer space. Comfortable divan beds and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms, Cable T.V. C.D. player VCR.Radio. Patio doors from the lounge to the private sun terrace which has sea views and two comfortable day beds. A great place to relax and enjoy those fabulous Caribbean Sunsets sipping famous rum punches. Life does not get better than this. Apartment 3 Situated on the third floor. This apartment has a large comfortable lounge with a six foot corner unit which can be adapted to sleep a third person. Alarge bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawers and a full walk in shower, washbasin and tiolet. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fans in all rooms, Cable TV. CD Player D.VD and radio. Patio doors from the lounge to the private sun terrace which has two comfortable day beds. Golden View is situated near all amenities, a full shopping centre with well stocked supermarket, banks, post office, pharmacy and medical centre. Within easy walking distance there is a choice of restaurants catering to every taste from fast food to fine dining. There are two Malls and a quaint fully operational Chattel House village retailing local fashion, paintings and artifacts. Public transport is regularly available approx 400yds from the apartments.
