Here you will find information we have gathered from our trips to Costa Rica as well as Condo Rental Information. Our new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1350 sq. ft. condo is located only 45 minutes from Liberia Airport next to Flamingo Beach, in the Guanacaste Province. The condo is one of only 8 units and is only 2 blocks from the beach. It is in a neighborhood with other homes and huge mature trees and landscape for a true tropical setting which allows wildlife, such as monkeys to swing by about twice a day. Both bedrooms have Egyptian cotton sheets, large walk-in closets and another closet in the hall Kitchen is fully equipped & has washer/dryer. & a state of the art AC. Granite countertops throughout and beautiful décor. Ceiling fans in every spacious room and patio. Enjoy satellite TV and DVD players in living room & master bedroom. Amidst this tropical setting you can enjoy in your "back yard" a swimming pool, jacuzzi and luscious garden with humming birds & parakeets.. Your own 10' x 13' patio looks over the pool, garden and huge mango trees. The trees are are a part of the monkey trail, so look for them in the morning and evening! You might see "wild" or loose horses and cattle right outside your window. You are within walking distance of many restaurants, neighborhood store and of course, a 2 block walk to the beautiful beach. Enjoy the natural surroundings with security day and night. You can rent a car and they will pick you up at the airport. We recommend Poas
