We provide secluded access to the splendor of the southern Green Mountains, as well as being near the Battenkill River - which is inspiring for photographers, writers, artists, and canoeing.
Our outstanding views will give you refreshing memories in the mountains

Suite Description: Upstairs suite includes two bedrooms divided by a full bath. Each bedroom has three windows with scenic Vermont views, and King beds hand-hewn from trees that grew on the property here on Spruce Mountain (a friend made the beds). You can come and go in a private manner using the stair-exit outside your suite. Off ofthe suite is a sitting area with ping pong table, more windows of scenic views and there are stairs leading down to the kitchen and shared living space. The suite is supplied with bath soap, T paper, towels, dressers, closet, sheets and blankets, decorated in a simple country fashion with hand made spreads and curtains. Bring a book and relax. (Only 2 occupants per room)
Available for Guest Use: Pool, chairs scattered here and there for relaxing and taking in views, wooded trails for short walks, upstairs sitting room including TV, VCR, games and puzzles. Hang out in my living room with me and my hound dog, Josie. There is a clothes line to hang wash from Laundromat service in nearby Manchester (sorry, no clothes washing on premises). Outside fireplace with firewood supplied for campfires. BBQ supplies include: coffee maker & filters, soap pads, detergent, toaster, table settings & cookware, shared refrigerator, stove, sink, pot holders, dish towels, BBQ grill and utensils, picnic table & cloth (for picnicking outside, please bring unbreakable supplies).
A full country breakfast is waiting for you downstairs in a peaceful mountain setting.
Coffee at 7:30AM in kitchen.
