Everything's coming up roses at Three Roses Bed & Breakfast, Circa 1890, in Pontiac, IL, We are right off interstate 55 near Old Route 66 (less than one mile away) and on Route 116. Pontiac is a great little town with a population of around 11,500. There is much to see and do in Pontiac. Check our upcoming events page to see what might be going on in and around the Pontiac area during your scheduled visit. We also have links to other nearby communities to see what is going on in those communities. We are 35 miles from Bloomington/Normal, 100 miles from Springfield, 100 miles from Chicago, 200 miles from St. Louis, 150 miles from the Quad Cities, and 195 miles from Indianapolis.

If you live in the Chicago area (or anywhere along Amtrak's route), you can take the train to Pontiac.

Please note that Three Roses Bed and Breakfast is not currently handicapped accessible.

A full breakfast is served on elegant china in the dining room, along with linen napkins, gold flatware,candlelight and sparkling crystal. Guests choose their breakfast the night before from an extensive menu. Guests also choose the time they wish to have breakfast, anywhere from 6am to 11am. Check in time is between 4pm and 9pm. Check out time is by 12 noon. Reservations are required.

Guests may have dinner at Three Roses Bed & Breakfast with advance notice. Advanced menu selection and reservations are a must. We can accommodate groups of up to 20 for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in an elegant setting with advance reservations and menu selection.

Three Roses Bed & Breakfast is a non-smoking facility. Guests are welcome to smoke on the outside patio or on the porch provided that they properly dispose of cigarette butts in receptacle provided.

If you are planning a wedding, Three Roses Bed and Breakfast is an ideal place to spend your wedding night, rehearsal dinner (up to 20 persons) or bachelorette party (limited to 8 overnight guests). If you are looking for a place to have an outdoor wedding or needing a place for a large reception, check out The Country Mansion in nearby Dwight.

    Garden Room
  • The "Garden Room" has a private (in room) half bath (toilet and sink). Guests staying in the "Garden Room" also have a private full bath across the hall. The full bath has a single person size Jacuzzi tub and shower. The room has a king size bed, a vanity which can double as a desk, a 25 inch closed captioned cable TV, VCR and DVD player. Guest rooms do not have phones as most guests have cell phones and we have excellent cell phone reception in Pontiac. The upstairs thermostat is in this room.
    Jennifer's Room
  • "Jennifer's Room" has a queen size bed and no TV. Ladies, this is the room to choose if you want your sweetheart's undivided attention. It can have a private or shared bath. We are only accepting one couple at a time so that our guests can have a private bath unless you are a family or group and don't mind sharing and then you receive a discount off the regular rate. We will accept more guests once another bathroom is put in. It has a desk and ceiling fan.
    Monica's Room
  • "Monica's Room" has two twin size beds. This room can have a private bath or a shared bath. It also has a ceiling fan and desk.
    Marcia's Room
  • "Marcia's Room" has a gorgeous queen size bed. This room can have a private bath or a shared bath. It has a ceiling fan, 25 inch closed captioned TV with cable, and VCR.

Breakfast

We wanted our breakfast to be the best one can find anywhere; so we have an essentially unlimited menu for guest to choose from. If there is something you want that is not on the menu, just let Sharon know and if it's possible, that's what you get. Guests choose their breakfast from this menu the night before and are served at a time they choose. Special diets are no problem.

Dinner

Ask about our dinner menu. If there is something you would like that is not on the menu, just ask. Most likely we can accommodate any of your dining wishes.
