Covered Bridge Park
This is a magnificent 150 acre waterfront property with cottages,
yurts, cabins, trailer and tent sites that is located just outside
of Algonquin Provincial Park.
Discover natures playground on this old farm that has been preserved in its natural state with 100 acre of mature forest, meadows and trails. The World Health Organisation (WHO)insists that visiting natural environments to experience tranquillity and solitude is an important stress-reliever. Being in a tranquil place allows people to relax, to escape from the stress of everyday life and to "recharge their batteries". There are plenty of opportunities to "recharge your batteries" here since only a small portion of the property has been developed into a Campground. Most of what we offer here is pure Mother Nature.
Enjoy bird watching, berry picking and wildlife viewing. Come visit in the late fall or spring and watch whitefish or pickerel run up the river to spawn at our dam. Bonnechere River below Tramore's Dam is a fish sanctuary during those times.
Covered Bridge Park is located in Tramore on the north side of Bonnechere River between Round Lake and Golden Lake. Over 1 km of Bonnechere River frontage offers excellent fishing (pike, pickerel, bass & perch) and serves as a gateway with easy boat and canoe access to Round Lake and Golden Lake.

is under new management and has recently been purchased
by Andrew and Dzidka Sadecki (Mowimy po Polsku)
The campground is currently open early May to Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. We are in the process of making parts of the park accessible all year round. Please inquire for more information.
Cottages
Each cottage has two bedrooms and accommodates 4 to 5 people.
Bedroom #1 – One Double/Twin Bunk
Bedroom #2 – One Double Bed
The cottages are fully furnished and equipped with fridge/freezer, gas stove, toaster, radio, coffee maker and patio furniture. Each cottage has a 3 piece bathroom along with a living room and dining room. Other features include a screened-in porch on the front overlooking the river, a private dock and river frontage, barbecue with one tank of propane, fire pit and a picnic table.

Yurt Camping
Yurts have housed people in Central and East Asia for
centuries. The portability and easy assembly of their
homes was, and continues to be, crucial for these
nomadic communities.
Our Yurts are Solar Powered and can serve as a long or short term dwelling. Each Yurt includes bunk beds to accommodate up to 5-6 people, a table, chairs and a shelf. There will be a picnic table and a gas barbecue provided outside.
You need to bring:
- sleeping bags
- cooking stove
- pots and pans
- utensils
- flashlight
- matches
- drinking water
- appropriate cold weather gear for winter
Note: Cooking inside yurts is not permitted.

We have some waterfront lots and some are situated in a forest type setting close to the river.
