Who stays at Footprints? Anyone who wants a great, group gathering!

Families from 5 to 30, school clubs, sales teams building for the future, church groups, cycling clubs, rockhounds, birders, etc., have all stayed at Footprints. If you are looking for a private place to hold that special event, then Footprints is for you.

And remember, when you rent at Footprints you will have the entire property to yourself. That includes the lake and all other facilities. No neighbours, no noise, no problems.

There are no limits to your options and they range from complete self-catering for those who wish to save some money, through to letting us organize it up completely and handling all your needs. Just let us know what you want and we’ll ensure you get it! Our amenities and facilities include:

10 Clean, comfortable, modern bedrooms. All with a 3 piece bathroom and separate entrance, set apart from the main lounge/cafe to ensure quiet and privacy
Full set of clean linens/towels, soaps and shampoos, so you can arrive and immediately start relaxing
Large, comfortable lounge for activities, meetings, or just relaxing with a movie or a game
Common kitchen/dining room outfitted with all appliances, barbecue, dishes and utensils for groups that want to self cater
Private lake for canoeing, fishing, swimming and nature watching
Campfire area for post-dinner star watching, marshmallow roasts or quiet evening conversation
Unlimited use of all resort facilities which include canoes, paddle/row boats
Quiet lounge located at the rooms complete with coffee/tea
Playground area, swings, sandbox for smaller children
Mid-sized soccer pitch complete with nets
Volleyball and badminton courts with all equipment
Games, library and movie corner in lounge

Each family or group booking gets an exclusive, private vacation. This means you will have the entire property to yourself including the lake and all boats/facilities. We can even provide full meal and beverage services if you require them. We will set it up so that it suits your needs exactly!

Our Location
Footprints is located at the southern tip of Algonquin Park, 12 km. west of Bancroft, Ontario. Approximately a 3 hour drive from Toronto or a 2.5 hour drive from Ottawa. If you are using mapquest or google maps to find us, our location is: 2844 South Baptiste Lake Road, Bancroft, Ontario K0L1C0. Or, you can ask us and we'll be pleased to give you directions.

Footprints has ten (10) rooms in total. Eight of those rooms accommodate 3 people (queen/double and a twin bed), while two rooms accommodate 6. Total availability is 36 with the option of adding a few more cots if necessary. A layout of the rooms is available upon request
