Our 27 unit Santa Fe designed and decorated building boasts on the beach and water views from most units. An elevator assists speedy movement and offers wheelchair access to every room on the property. All rooms are non- smoking and offer kitchens to create simple or deluxe meals.
Spend time on our beach with the family, cook a BBQ lunch or dinner and enjoy the parasailing, waterskiing, power boating, canoeing, windsailing, and of course, people watching.

4x - 1 Bedroom Units Desert Surfside Motel - 1 bedroom suites offer a queen size bed in a separate bedroom with a queen size pull out sofa-bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen for 4.
2x - 2 Bedroom Units Desert Surfside Motel - 2 bedroom suites offer queen size beds in separate bedrooms with a queen size pull out sofa-bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen for 6.
3x - New Condo One Bedroom Units - offer a deep soaker sized bath tub, plasma TV, custom designed furniture, deluxe fully equipped kitchen for 4, private lake view patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
9x - New Condo Two Bedroom Units - offer a deep soaker sized bath tub, plasma TV's, custom designed furniture, deluxe kitchen with serving for 6, private beach patio with BBQ, outdoor furniture and the best view of the lake, mountains and local vineyards.
