You will be relaxing in an environment unique in the world, far from the noise and tourist crowds while located close to major scenic attractions. A stay at Villa Sunrise includes a fresh, delicious breakfast prepared by your house maid, who also cleans and does your laundry. A comfortable car with an English speaking driver can escort you on individual tours that will satisfy all ages and tastes. (This can be arranged through the office at Gaia-Oasis for an additional charge) The Balinese enjoy a rich bounty of fabulous fresh food that is available in many styles of restaurants. Cooking classes as well as art, music, dance and massage can also be arranged. Boats are available for dolphin viewing and fishing. Footsteps from Villa Sunrise is a modern European health spa with a restaurant, swimming pool, massages and yoga classes. From a recent guest: "Villa Sunrise--our little piece of paradise! THE VILLA IS WELL-STOCKED WITH BED LINEN, BATH AND BEACH TOWELS. THERE IS A NEW TV/DVD PLAYER AND A CD PLAYER ALONG WITH A SELECTION OF DVD's & CDS. SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED ALTHOUGH YOU MAY SEE THE OCCASIONAL DOG OR CHICKEN STROLL ACROSS THE LAWN. WE PROVIDE DAILY MAID AND LAUNDRY SERVICES ALONG WITH A DELICIOUS BREAKFAST OF FRESH FRUIT, PANCAKES, EGGS,HOME-MADE BREAD AND BEVERAGES INCLUDING WONDERFUL BALINESE COFFEE. LUNCH & DINNER IS SERVED DAILY AT THE GAIA OASIS RESTAURANT AND THEY OFFER A SELECTION OF FRESH JUICES, SMOOTHIES AND BEER & SODA THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THE SWIMMING POOL AT GAIA OASIS IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE (ALTHOUGH THERE MAY BE TIMES WHEN GAIA IS USING IT FOR PRIVATE ACTIVITIES)--NO CHARGE IF YOU EAT EITHER LUNCH OR DINNER AT THEIR RESTAURANT, A SMALL CHARGE IF YOU DO NOT. GAIA OASIS ALSO HAS YOGA CLASSES AND MASSAGE AVAILABLE EVERY DAY. OUR VILLA MANAGER, RAI (WHO WORKS IN THE GAIA OASIS OFFICE), CAN ARRANGE A CAR & DRIVER, TOURS OF THE ISLAND AND MANY ACTIVITIES. Also, Gaia Oasis is a small collectively owned European spa and retreat which sometimes offers workshops and seminars, but is often just booked by visitors or members. There are 10 houses along the water and are open for rental when the owner is not present. Much of the time there is a low occupancy rate.
