This 3800 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom private vacation villa is located on the Southwest Shore of St. Croix just 10 minutes from Frederiksted and 20 minutes from Christiansted. The huge living room and dining room overlooks the breathtaking Caribbean Sea and offers the perfect spot to relax after a day on the island.
The entire house has a beamed, natural cypress ceiling which matches the sliding doors to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. There are five sets of sliding doors so every room has an unobstructed view of the water and individual access to the pool and to the sea. Because of the waterfront location, a tropical breeze is a constant pleasure. Best of all, it’s all private, so you have exclusive use of the house and property!
The villa features it's own reverse-osmosis water purification system and electric generator for use in power outages. A community security gate and home security system insure safety and privacy.

Did I just read SCUBA lessons at Coral Breezes? Yes you did. Marti does it again, you can receive your PADI certification right at home in the villa while you vacation! Deanna will come to you and you can receive the instruction at home while watching a DVD on TV. Then she will go to the pool with you will do your practice diving right at the villa. When you have completed the necessary preparation, she will take you to one of the island's many coral reefs for your first open-water dive. The rates are very reasonable.
